Making Homeownership A Reality

Chantal Legagneur lived in a small walk-in basement with her two daughters and elderly mother while she saved money to buy a home. She is now a proud first-time homebuyer thanks to her tenacity and assistance from Chase Home Lending Advisor, Ennell Esperance. With Ennell’s help, Chantal secured a $100,000 grant from New York City and a $5,000 Chase home buyer grant.
